Fresh meat, fast delivery, great customer service!! I was so impressed with the service and customer care. Premier will now be my go to for fresh meat to my door. I ordered a whole goat leg and shoulder which was well cut and packaged. Delivery was also prompt and to schedule.

we have really enjoyed our meat order. I used some meat pieces in haleem which was alhamdulillah delicious and tender and then the other half in biryani in which the meat was also beautiful and tender.

The paya however were amazing! They were so clean! I made paya a couple of days ago and used some of the marrow bones I purchased last time and it was probably the best paya I have cooked! Alhamdulillah it was delicious. The marrow made the gravy so wonderfully flavourful and thick and the paya just cooked so easily and were so yum. It was glutinous like it should be. So delicious tasty we had it twice and didn't share with extended family lol. Next time, in sha Allah. I've marinated the whole leg and shoulder so in sha Allah we'll have that over Easter.
