Fresh meat

I don’t usually post pictures of the products I receive, but this steak honestly deserved an exception because it would feel like a disservice not to share it.

We initially ordered 500g simply to trial the meat, as we wanted to see the quality for ourselves before considering a larger order. Coming from a family of genuine meat lovers, we’re quite particular about the quality of our meat, and we were genuinely so impressed.

The fact that the beef is grass-fed and raised without added hormones was also a huge selling point for us, as the quality and sourcing of the meat really matter to our family. The steak was beautifully prepared, incredibly fresh and had such a lovely texture and flavour once cooked. You can genuinely see and taste the care that has gone into it.

What started as a 500g trial has honestly made us consider switching to Premier Halal Meats as our family butcher going forward. That says a lot about how impressed we were.

Really good service, great lamb and goat meat. The only slight issue I had was that the butchery notes I'd added onto my order on the website didn't make it to the butcher, but a kind gentleman called up to check everything was ok with my order and I sorted it out with him before shipping. I will be back next time!

Very happy with the paya. I requested the Lahori cut and they followed the instructions really well. The pieces were cut into smaller, manageable sections with the joints/bones broken as requested, and the skin was left on. They also looked clean and well prepared. Looking forward to making paya with these

Really impressed with the size of the tomahawk. It arrived well packaged and looked fresh, with a really good amount of meat on it. It’s a great size for a proper steak and looks exactly like what I was expecting.
