Our Halal-certified whole spring grass-fed baby/big Welsh lambs are ethically raised and free from hormones or additives. The average baby lambs weigh 10-15KG and we have some bigger ones.
Please note that the net weight may differ; removal of fat and bones will reduce the overall weight. If you have a specific weight preference within the range, please write it in the notes, and we will do our best to accommodate your request; otherwise, we will provide what’s available.

Good I love it
I was really impressed with the quality of this rib-eye steak. The meat was beautifully tender and flavourful when pan-fried. I had to freeze the cooked steak as I was travelling for a few days. I used it in a beef stir-fried rice after coming back from my trip, and it was still just as enjoyable as when freshly cooked. A premium cut that truly delivers!
