Our Halal-certified whole grass-fed Welsh lambs are ethically raised and free from hormones or additives. The average baby lambs weigh 10-15KG and we have some bigger ones.
Please note that the net weight may differ; removal of fat and bones will reduce the overall weight. If you have a specific weight preference within the range, please write it in the notes, and we will do our best to accommodate your request; otherwise, we will provide what’s available.

Best lamb ever
we have really enjoyed our meat order. I used some meat pieces in haleem which was alhamdulillah delicious and tender and then the other half in biryani in which the meat was also beautiful and tender.
The paya however were amazing! They were so clean! I made paya a couple of days ago and used some of the marrow bones I purchased last time and it was probably the best paya I have cooked! Alhamdulillah it was delicious. The marrow made the gravy so wonderfully flavourful and thick and the paya just cooked so easily and were so yum. It was glutinous like it should be. So delicious tasty we had it twice and didn't share with extended family lol. Next time, in sha Allah. I've marinated the whole leg and shoulder so in sha Allah we'll have that over Easter.
