I have not cooked it yet but it’s a lovely looking piece , fresh as can be . Am sure it will be tasty . I do recommend it as so far all the meat I have bought from Premier halal meat is beautiful lean meat .

Was previously sick of buying oxtail at extortionate rates; butchered well plenty of the right mix of meat and collagen/bone for the best homemade beef broth base ever, just placed another order today of amongst other things brisket
