Really good service, great lamb and goat meat. The only slight issue I had was that the butchery notes I'd added onto my order on the website didn't make it to the butcher, but a kind gentleman called up to check everything was ok with my order and I sorted it out with him before shipping. I will be back next time!
Very happy with the paya. I requested the Lahori cut and they followed the instructions really well. The pieces were cut into smaller, manageable sections with the joints/bones broken as requested, and the skin was left on. They also looked clean and well prepared.
