Our Premier Halal T-Bone Steak offers bone in strip cuts, the mignon has been removed.
Cooking Instructions:

- Sear the steak on the grill, 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or adjust time for your desired doneness.
- Rest the steak for 5 minutes before serving to allow juices to redistribute.
